Voice Connect offer three levels of maintenance cover, to suit all needs and budgets;
- Standard Cover, 08:00am to 18:00pm , Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays in England;
- Premier Cover, 08:00am to 20:00pm , 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day;
- Premier Plus Cover, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

The Voice Connect Technical Support Helpdesk provides support to customers with a maintenance contract. If you call the helpdesk, you may be directed to this page to enable us to connect to your computer.
Training is an essential part of any solution deployment and when you have a system as powerful as the VC3 voice server, it is advantageous to receive periodic training on system management to cover new features and enhancements. All training is provided by experienced Voice Connect staff and can be tailored to your organisations or personal needs.
