LONE WORKER SERVICE
Many organisations require their staff to work remotely or visit members of the public alone, our lone working service helps employers manage the risks involved in these activities. Voice Connect offer a number of different lone working services to suit each client’s differing needs and to ensure they meet their duty of care to their staff. Voice Connect design, develop and deploy 100% of the service ourselves, using our own development teams and our own ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). This control enables us to offer unmatched flexibility whilst maintaining the highest levels of service.
LONE WORKER DEVICE
Our years of experience within the lone working sector means we have partnered with some of the most established Lone working device manufacturers as well as developing our own software, including an easy to use App. From discreet ID badges to satellite devices, Voice Connect have your lone working needs covered. Our devices have functions including: GPS Tracking, man down, geo fencing, and gas and water resistance.

LONE WORKER APP
Our industry knowledge coupled with our skilled in house technical team has enabled Voice Connect to develop a simple to use lone working App which ensures day to day use of the systems couldn’t be easier. The App works on iOS (Apple) and Android platforms and is available to all lone workers using Voice Connect’s services. We understand that flexibility is key for our lone workers. Every lone worker can use the App, ring into the service from a mobile or landline or even use text to start a lone working job. All of these options work alongside any devices the lone worker may be using.
LONE WORKER SUPPORT
Our ARC operates 24/7 365 days a year, responding to and escalating employee alerts. Escalation procedures are pre agreed and tailor made to suit your business needs. We offer two forms of escalation “Full” where Voice Connect respond to the alarm and will escalate the event to the point it is passed to the police or “partial” escalation often used by larger organisations with a 24/7 office presence.
With “partial” escalation Voice Connect will still take the initial alarm but after an agreed length of time it will be passed to the client organisations staff to escalate further. This form of escalation has been proven to reduce the number of alarms by an average of 92% for larger organisations compared to traditional in-house lone worker deployments.
