HOW DOES VC SMARTMAIL WORK?
After you upload your letter, you enter a single address, or upload an Excel or CSV file to send to multiple recipients. You then select printing options: you can choose from colour or black and white, double or single sided, first class postage etc., and with a click of a button, the letter is on its way; no printing, no stuffing and no stamps needed! Behind the scenes the letters are printed, as instructed, and posted directly to the client, saving your organisation time and money.
